Admin Pls increase the quota size for PDF's 19k is way too small

I have some really cool reloading labels in PDF format that are about 40k in size. Just line art and text.
I'd like to share these in the reloading section but the 19k size restriction is killing me.
How about 100k like the jpg's Please.
