Sounds like your already married. I'd just take the week punishment. She'll forget all about it in a week and pissed at you for something else. Sometime you just have to bite your tongue and let them vent. I'm always taking the scissors out of the kitchen and my wife gets a little pissed about that. Just clean them up and replace them and promise not to do it again with out asking first. If you ask first and say you have to have it you'll get a new one for her, it will work out better for you in the long run. Good luck!

If I'm not mistaken, Broker's screen name describes his profession. It's much as if you selected "Verbal Masturbator" as your screen name.

BTW - for someone who self-proclaims to be so damn smart about using language, here are some tips that may help your writing convey your almighty intelligence:

1) The possessive form of "it" is "its", not "it's" (you've made this mistake at least twice in this post, so don't tell me it's a typo).

2) The contraction of "you are" it "You're", not "your".

3) You seem to be mixing up at least two different styling rules (Chicago Manual of Style and MLA) regarding usage of the ellipsis. Pick one and stick with it.

4) The possessive form of "money" is "money's", not "monies" (as in "getting your money's worth").

5) If KYS338 makes the statement "you are no more educated then you are mature", and you proceed to call him a liar, then the only logical conclusion we can draw is that you believe yourself to be <span style="font-style: italic">less</span> mature than you are educated. This is generally not regarded as a compliment, but whatever.

I'm not normally one to play the part of Grammar Nazi, but if someone is going to puff their up their chest and brag about how their education has led to such mastery of the language... well, that makes many of these errors pretty damn tough to ignore.

What would be really damn impressive is if your superior intellect would have allowed you to recognize the futility of attempting to win a flame war, instead of digging a deeper hole each time you post.

Lol... As Eric stated I am a Broker, ergo my handle is Broker.
