How anybody watching how divided the U.S. is now; over DT and beer boys report and all that shit; could ever believe, the states could agree on anything, much less a runaway convention, is so far beyond my ability to comprehend, that any agreement is possible today at all.

He dropped out of college during Vietnam to join the Army, to serve his country, and did for three years, receiving an honorable discharge.
He chose, on principles, to separate himself and his family from the debauchery of society, and live apart from it, much like many of our ancestors did, moving west into the mountains in the 1700's, and he moved to be free from the societal influences he saw and disagreed with. To raise his family, home schooled, in the same principles most of us were taught, God, Country, and the American way.
If you should be lucky enough to meet him now, you will meet an humble man of integrity who lost much, merely for standing up for the ideals the country and U.S. Military taught him.
Please reconsider calling him questionable.

I met him a few times at local gun shows, I kinda liked the guy. He won his wrongful death lawsuit and that proves him right. He served and I respect that too. His service to his country and his service in Special Forces was a primary reason why the FBI targeted him to be an informer. When he declined, they tried to entrap him to force him to be an informer in order to avoid prison. He had "friends" who were working with the FBI and ATF to make that happen. Portland Maine, in the historic district, is a beautiful place with some of the best restaurants I have ever experienced. It is also a very liberal area replete with lots of SJW/alternative lifestyle. The history of the port, harbor and its significance in WWII is impressive.
Step outside of that bubble, on a hot day with bright sun as I experienced, and if you have ever traveled to an overseas third world country in the tropics you will experience a sense of dejavu that you are back in that third world place and no longer in America.

Regards that museum.....it is run by a man that was smart enough to work his way to good fortune. He has decided to give back to the world by opening that museum and honoring vets. The collection is impressive for a private party. He charges nothing to view it. The hall its housed in is provided gratis to vets for appropriate events.
Certainly a great visit just to speak with the owner/docents.
Highly suggest anyone in the area visit this museum and speak to the owner.
