Gunsmithing Anyone in or near Austin, Tx able to do a Pin/weld Job?

Howdy y’all, got a 14.1” 6.5c barrel that I would like to have A SiCo flash hider pinned and welded to.
Local would be preferred but I’m open to mailing it out. I’ve also got the upper to finish building if you’d wish for a larger job.
