for what? Hunting rabbits? Target shooting at long ranges?
1/9 is likely to handle lighter weights well and go to medium weight projectiles. If you want to punch rabbits at 350mtrs then I would pick this.
If you want to target shoot or play at long ranges I would go 1/7 for sure. Probably will not handle light weight projectiles at all but 75+ will do well.
It all depends on what you want to do.
I only run 1/7 and 75-80's.

Without knowing your location, temp, height, speed AND which barrel you buy no one can say if you WILL be able to push to either end of the weight limit with a twist. At some temps and heights a 1/9 will run much heavier projectiles than at others. Don't count on being able to just because someone else has said they can. Very few even check the twist when they buy a gun so do they REALLY have a 1/9, 1/7? Are they pushing loads to an unsafe pressure? Don't assume you will be able to do the same. Aim for twist you know WILL do what YOU want and anything else is a bonus.
