He might have turned around to strike the man in the yellow jacket again. Who knows, Mr. Fatass might have been armed and tried pull his own gun. There’s all sorts of excuses that one can come up with.

IMHO back shooting is ok. I’m not saying that a jury would agree with me but if I were a juror, I’d vote to acquit.

Remember, 12 to convict but one to acquit.

Yes, an attempt to reset a fight could look like flight, until it's not.

Wow! Always easier to talk about this after seeing a video, especially if it were real, but if it were real life, Yellowjacket did not do himself any favors by wedging himself between homie that is at least 2x his size and the car. Literally no way to retreat. His homies were zero help. Probably should have just avoided the situation altogether. With that said, considering his opponents aggressiveness, his inability to retreat and not knowing what biggie would have done if he had got his gun then it could be argued justified. Really need more context. Regardless, two peoples lives likely over as a result in real life would equal a sad situation.

The smaller guy was cool calm an collected throughout the incident. He needs to work on his draw that's for sure. Other than that he remains relaxed. He even gave his buddies a peace out as they drove away.

He was trapped with no avenue of retreat. Fattie had his only egress route blocked, then he attacked him.

That shoot keeps you out of prison in any state in America, with a good attorney. The situation could have held a kidnapping charge. You cannot restrain someone else's movement with force. You can't contain their movement like that. Easy win for the defense attorney. The extra shots don't matter, he was afraid for his life and reacting. He may not have even hit him once he was on the run..

Bigboy committed assault, attempted robbery, and burglary when he entered the vehicle.

Plus, he didn't practice Social Distancing.

Im cool with it. If it was me tho id probably just beat dudes ass. Got 2 homies with me incase it goes sideways. Im also a little bigger then the shooter and been in my share of fist fights. I get the feeling from the vid he really wanted to shoot that guy.

Didnt know this wasnt real. The body language after the shooting makes more sense now.

I love how hoodrats and scumbags all walk down to watch the drama. Even when he started shooting the fat chick only waddled far enough away to avoid the immediate effects of gunfire. I'd go with who gives a shit on the whole event.

They will arrest and charge the guy and he will plead to unlawful discharge of a firearm and serve maybe three years.

Fatass in the OP's video reminds me a little of Ken McElroy. He was the bully of the county in Skidmore, MO. IMHO, one of the reasons that he was able to get away with so much was that at that time, getting a CCW was a rare as hen's teeth.

So without a great equalizer many people demurred and let that POS have his way. Could another Ken McElroy get away with as much today?

Yes and no. Just like Fatass in the video, he used the bully tactic one too many times and met up with someone who wasn't going to take it.

On the other hand, we see groups like ANITFA, BLM and militant faggots terrorizing neighborhoods. Those locations for their mischief is usually in places where CCWs are practically nonexistent and, like Skidmore, the criminal justice system is weak.

Anyway, I'm glad nobody was prosecuted for exterminating the POS McElroy. Apologies are tendered in advance if it appears that I'm hijacking this thread.

That ain't no shit. A buddy got pulled over for a DWI in Austin. The bond was $3,000.00 for the DWI + $5,000.00 for the fact he had a 1911 truck gun, or 'unlawful carry' because he was drunk.

They reduced the DWI charge to blocking a public road, (even though Antifa can do it in Austin and nobody does squat) and dropped the UC charge but told him he wasn't getting his custom 1911 back, no way no how. I'm sure a cop own that gun now.
Well, your buddy can look up sympathy in the dictionary between shit and syphilis, because he's a moron.

I don't think the penalties for drunk driving are stiff enough. I was almost killed by one, so I'm a little biased.

With all the discussion that has taken place we have clearly overlooked the obvious! The smaller man in the yellow jacket was not carrying a 9mm.

That's because the dead man's lungs were not blown out.

Can’t be a 10mm, either. Or he’d have held a
Press conference!

I just watched this about a month ago.
Very cool story. More Americans need to take this to heart!!!

Does anyone know why the big guy was upset?
Assholes like that have the sensitivity of a teenage girl on her first period and at the same time stood up on their first date.

They have weak brains and believe that they are the center of the universe. He was obviously upset with the man in the yellow jacket but I'd be willing to bet it was over something of no consequence.

At least it would be of no consequence to most of us.

Also watching the video you can see the man in the yellow jacket smiling at Fatass. That's like waiving a red flag in front of a bull.

It must have infuriated Fatass even more who could see he was failing to intimidate Yellow Jacket. That's why he resorted to the hit/shove.

I've been through this dozens of time in my youth. Bullies usually have glass jaws and feelings to match.

I hope a grand jury returns a no-bill on Yellow Jacket. Whatever city this took place in, you can bet that there are lots of people celebrating the demise of Fatass.

I remember that right after it happened. It was on 60 Minutes back when people still watched regular network programming.

The town got together and hired a hit man. Without watching the video, what witnesses that broke the silence said was McElroy was sitting parked in a Chevy PU in town with his child bride he had kidnapped when she was still underage and a guy carrying an over/under shotgun came from behind at an angle in his blind spot and blew his head off.

No towns people nor city officials would give any details to 60 Minutes, not even the local pastor of the church who only said he was was a dangerous man that needed to be dealt with.
