I am still having some trouble with them right now concerning a couple of orders. I am working with customer service, but things are just getting more and more jacked up everytime I talk to them.

been using brownell's for years now, haven't had any problems. wouldn't write them off because they had a computer glitch. stuff happens

Other than small things Brownells has been great to me sorry but give them a another try you will be glad you did.

It's too bad your order was delayed and that Brownells experienced some technical difficulties. I agree with others that have been provided multiple orders in a timely manner.
Brownells also has a nice return policy that has helped me multiple times (building guns sometimes multiple items end up being surplus or not needed).
