Saw a pic of damage to leading edge........expanding foam in hole......let cure......trim to leading edge......gorilla tape....and get back in the air.Just read that a civilian drone and "Super Scooper Quebec 1" collided and now the plane will be out of commission until Monday whilst the leading edge of the wing is repaired. Stupid, stupid, stupid people out there.

I'm not a cert. airplane tech / mech..and know "my fix" would be a "no no", but sometimes " rules" ..............well,are just "rules".
If I had the ability to fly one of those, I'd get my ass up in there and get back to work.
Having said all the above, there could be other air frame structure problems that isn't visible in pic that I saw,and the above comments dont/ can't apply.
