Just had 2 of 4 approved 10/19 from Febuary. 4 filed same time...same trust and still waiting on the other 2. It is a completely backwards system. Why not the batch approved at once? Anyway no choice but to pay the money and be a slave to the system.
It really is aggravating. You'd think they'd want to do that and get more cleared off the pile but, when you don't care about the pile then I guess it just doesn't matter. I have 3 total in and one from February also still. If I can just get these 3 done I won't be getting any new ones any time soon. I will finally have enough to leave them all dedicated on rifles.... I think...

I can tell you the secret to getting the ATF to approve your cans faster if you want me too. Thats the tenth one I bought just this year and the longest one I waited for was 6 months. I even got a machine gun in 6 months. I had one last year that I got in 6 weeks. Want to know the secret?

Then tomorrow I will complain and be pissed again that I’m at the mercy of the FBI, CIA, Clinton’s, Obama’s, Biden’s, etc…..
My secret is real simple. About once a month I go on pornhub and copy the link to some random gay porn video and send it to the ATF. I assume they know its from me because its the from the same email I have my ATF account set up for filing forums for. Every since I did that I never had one take over 6 months so they much like it I guess. Because years ago before I did that they use to take 11-13 months for me to get and it changed right after I started doing that.
You do realize that you sharing this with me makes me want to do the actual…… and YES I have zero issue applying porn hub to the daily activities with the BATFE….. with that said, what style of porn shall I share with said branch of government????
It's like watching a sports game. You do something once and your team won and next thing you know you got a new lucky pair of socks or whatever you wear while watching every game because youre superstitious. I just spam them with gay porn links when I'm bored because I did it once and got an approval a few days later so now I always do it when I'm waiting on things from them and it seems to work. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Fastest ever was 3 months (years ago), and the last one took a year almost to the day.
Bought a SiCo Hybrid 46 earlier this year and now just waiting…only 3-months in, so I suspect a long wait still ahead. What’s frustrating is that the ‘free’ Omega I got on the BOGO deal hasn’t even started processing either. Called them (SilencerCo today, and they don’t know how long it’ll be before that can will be made/allocated, so I can‘t even start the process on that one yet.
Of course, none of this makes sense Constitutionally, and we shouldn’t even have to deal with this BS for freaking glorified hearing protection, but not the right thread for that discussion so I’ll let that go.

Not me. But the person my local GS told me, when I picked mine up, came in the day before to pick up their suppressor... less than 2 months. I'm... what the f*ck. She must have been stunningly hot!! They all laughed. Nope, just some lucky SOB.

Funny thing about the 5 approved, yesterday I received emails from NFA.error.resolution stating "Submitted form is obsolete. Must be completed on current 2023 version"
I texted my FFL and she accidentally used the ATF Form 4 (5320.4) September 2019 and not the newer January 2023 version. Now I have been on the opposite end of this before and just received denials and back of the line I go. But somehow they allowed me 72 hours to resolve it, approved in 24 hours after receiving these emails and being corrected. Just out of curiosity I looked at the last handful of approvals I have received and they all show ""ATF Form 4 (5320.4) Revised September 2019"

Well that’s 2 weird anomalies out of the last 2 cans… The Magnus got approved before the Takedown 22, despite being certified 30 days after the TD22 can. And just got an email at 8:45 TONIGHT (Sunday) saying my Takedown 22 can was approved. Never had one jump in line, and never had one approved on a Sunday. I did have one come through early on a Saturday morning if I recall correctly, but never a Sunday. Guess I’ll go pick up my (currently) final can tomorrow after work. 
4 approvals at 5:45am on a Sunday, two at 47 days and two at 17 days!! All same customer, individual eFile.
Both great cans. Got my Magnus stamp a few weeks ago, and going to pickup my 22TD today.
Sure wish I could get my dang nomad LT. I want to shoot it and make sure it isn't defective. I'm all worried about it now though my other nomads have been super solid and I love those cans

Finally in my possession! This’ll add that final finishing touch to my Mk18-ish clone.
The shipping option from Capital Armory adds a few days after it’s actually approved, but the ease of the whole process makes it worth it. I doubt I’ll buy a suppressor anywhere else. Highly recommend if they’ve got an FFL in your state.

Seriously, I have no idea how it came through so fast. It’s on a pretty standard trust, just me as the trustee and it’s one I have used for several other cans/SBRs that are long approved.
I still have a couple more stamps in the pipeline… I don’t want to look the gift horse in the mouth but I guess they didn’t get batched.
The Magnus is very nice. Even on a 7prc it is very quiet. Very impressive

Certified Form 4 online with Dealer on 11/9/2023.
Email came back from SilencerShop on 11/9 that Trust was completed
Email from ATF on 11/9 that Form 4 was submitted
~7 months (231 days) from purchase and forms until Form 4 certified/submitted. Do I have to wait another 5-8 months for the Form 4 to be approved and actually get the can?

Yes. The actual wait everyone is discussing here is from the day your can is submitted.
Why did it take 7 months just to certify? The atf clock doesn’t start until things are certified so yes your wait has just started.
