I have called and emailed atf still no luck sitting at 168 days. Any other things I can try to push this along?
Maybe I will try that I’m used to waiting as my first two to over a year on one and 9 months on the other but it’s sucks seeing less than week approvals and I’m still waiting.

I've been watching this tracker for the form 4 trusts a while now waiting to see it break the 100 day mark, which it was at friday when I left work. Came in this morning and boom it dropped!
Had a customer get batch approved on four individual filings last week, ranging from 3-7 month wait.
I was hoping to see an approval today. Last time I posted bitching about it I got one a few minutes later, so figured I’d give it another shot.
I'll join you in this bitching. I even sent an email in to ATF to see if that would kick it. My local who is getting everyone else's back on like 3 days even told me to write my local congressman and ask for an inquiry.
I’m still waiting. I called yesterday to inquire and was told they have everything and it’s just “waiting to go through the process”. I think I’ll call again right now. I also sort of feel silly complaining about six days when guys here have been waiting 10+ months. On the other hand, just a few weeks ago, my dead air wolf man was approved in 46 hours. So wtf.

TacOps 308 on Individual efile Sent 05/24/24, approved and received back on 06/18/2024.
This caused the TacOps 223 can on Individual efile that was sent on 02/10/2023 to be approved and also received back on 06/18/2024. I first called on this can in Feb of this year, and was told it was delayed. Have called every month since, with same result. Had hoped when I submitted the one in May, that it would kick the other one through. Saints be praised!

I’m well aware and have also waited a year myself. The system is supposed to be a median 3 day wait at this point. Still an infringement regardless. Those of us that had suppressors pending prior to the speed up are still waiting longer periods. My last one before the fast approvals started was 180+ days. Two weeks ago I get an approval in 46 hours. This shit should be cash-n-carry at the gun shop. It’s frustrating. #FATF
It doesn’t matter if it’s 1 day or 1 year, you should all absolutely be pissed off. This system only exists because we tolerate evil. It wasn’t voted in by the majority of people for the betterment of the world. I foolishly only have trusts but I’m doing individual from now on. This is a battle we can not let the next generation fight.
Also, I’m 100 days in on a Mojave 9 single shot trust (and 12 days since FBI said I cleared NICS and it’s in the ATF’s hands now), just so you guys know why I’m feeling 1776 today.

I called today on the second form 4. It was approved on the 18th of June,2024.
The wait now for the paper to show up so the fun can begin.

Submitted my for 4 for an Omega 12/2022 and was approved 01/2024. Did a form 1 01/2024 and was approved in a week. Now it’s opposite, form 4 approvals are days now and form 1’s are taking forever.340 days and counting for a form 4 individual. Bought another on 3/12/24 still waiting…

*Update, approved yesterday, 13 days. Now it goes to the CLEO/4473 process that can take 2 weeks because it's all hands off "non over the counter" business requires the notification via certified mail plus 7 days.
*Update; Just received Chimera. 28 days from submitted to delivered

When you transfer an NFA item via mail instead of in person (like Capital Armory and a few others do), you have to mail the the recipients local CLEO a copy of the 4473. You then have to wait 7 (of the dealers) business days before the item can be mailed from the dealer directly to the recipient. This gives the LEO an opportunity to call the dealer and (I suppose) give a reason the transfer should not happen.I have one in the pipe, hoping for the same from CA

good explanation I don't understand why if we pick it up in person at the local FFL it is just a CLEO notification, but mailed they are given 7 days to say i am a smuck and don't deserve it. I am happy with CA so far and will be happier when they are in my hands

Got an email from CA that my CLEO got the notice today so should ship on the 5th Texas to NC should be less than a week transit time

A buddy of mine just had one clear in 10 days, mine was 12. Hopefully it’s fast for you man. I almost ordered another this morning just for S’s & G’s but I just got three firearms and 2 cans over the last few weeks so I should chill for a minute. lol
Yeah I'm excited. This'll me my 6.5, 7mm, and 308 suppressor.
