I purchased from the dealer out of stock roughly 5 weeks before he got it in and mailed the form 4 about 2 weeks after that. Going through a trust. Should add it's an AAC Cyclone. </div></div>

Just an update on my can times. Had a send back the week before Thanksgiving. It went "pending final approavl" on Nov 19th and was approved Dec 6th. Was just told like five minutes ago. Just waiting on the call from my dealer. So roughtly 5.5 months from pending to approval.

Got my first stamp back on Saturday 12/7/12 for an sbr. Sara jones was the examiner, ATF recieved docs on the 6/13/12, check cleared my bank on 6/20/12, didn't check pending status. I was about a week short of six months from the time they got everything.

NOW if everything else I'm waiting on to build out my lower wil hurry up and get here. That stamp is burning a hole in my pocket ...

Next - a suppressor is in enroute to my local dealer for me. Too bad they probably won't recognize I just did a NFA item and we'll start ALL over again.

So, if I did not forget my Schedule A, It could have been approved some where early to mid Nov, that's lil over 5 months from pending to approved.

Form 4 on Trust

Item: Shark .308 suppressor

Mailed out the package 20 June 2012 via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope with delivery confirmation. Package delivered 23 June 2012 (per USPS Track & Confirm).


My Credit Union honored the above check on 26 June 2012. (ACH withdrawal ATF NFA)

Pending? (never checked)

My FFL called me on 6 December 2012 to report that he had received a letter from NFA which stated: "Trust may be insufficient - Schedule A". I got the call at 6:00 PM on the 6th (too late to call NFA in West Virginia). The Schedule A in my Trust is a listing of National Firearms Act assets owned by the Trust.

I called NFA on 7 December 2012. I spoke with Angela Celli. She informed me that my Trust did not contain a Schedule A. I explained that there was a Schedule A in my Trust binder. I did not submit my Schedule A because I do not own any NFA items on my Trust. The suppressor listed on this Form 4 is the first NFA item assigned to my Trust. Angela explained that they needed a Schedule A (a blank schedule is acceptable) in order to consider my Trust "complete". I faxed a (signed) blank copy of my Trust Schedule A to Angela within one hour of the phone call.

Approved 12 December 2012.

FFL received approved/stamped form 4 on 19 December 2012.

I picked up my Shark and Form 4 on 21 December 2012

I'm debating on picking up a KAC SBR mod 1.... and this is the only reason why I haven't pulled the trigger.
