Fuck You Mark Kelly

I never ever wanted an EV, but considering how much the far left hates Tesla’s, and how good of a job Elon Musk is doing for, 1 our government, 2. Possible reduction in the deficit, 3. Getting man into space….

Darn, I just might buy a Tesla just to support his efforts (Like I can afford a Tesla and like we didn’t just purchase a new Mazda for Brenda to replace her 30 year old Miata.)

They are subhuman reprobates.
The only problem I have with relegating them to a category of sub-human is that they cannot be judged, then, by human standards.

For example, a dog poops in the yard and you say "Good boy."

A grown man poops in the yard and you call the cops.

OTOH, what does one do with a rabid dog?

I live in AZ and am embarrassed this state has elected this person. He doesnt care about anything but his own celebrity and puts on a show for the people who voted him in there. Has done absolutly zero action even for his electorate. All he does is put on a show and talk. absolutely worthless for our state. It sucks since i have roots here and was born here.

I am telling everyone I se up Here in Vermontistan that I will buy your late model Low miles Tesla for $500 bucks. No questions asked.

If you don’t want to be a Nazi… I’ll take it off your hands, cupcake.

They probably all smell like blueberry vape inside… but a few Cohibas will take care of that.

Ashley McBryde's "Brenda", man I love that song 🤣
My wife's name is Brenda. We have surrendered her driver's license as she can no longer drive. I have been toying with the idea of selling her 2008 Pontiac G5. I don't drive it. The AC doesn't work. The paint has blistered and peeled. I have only kept it around as a spare and paid for car and it still runs well.

He didn't buy from the company of Nazi wannabe, Henry Ford?

From an historians perspective.... you are spot on.

Henry Ford did more to contribute to both the Holocaust and the current mess in the M.E. than most appreciate.

The Dearborn Independent and the Chronicles of the Learned Elders of Zion...

A Russian Imperial Hoax that Henry Ford turned into a 'real' thing for millions.

The whole Ford and the Holocaust connection is appalling.

But, hey, buy that F150 Lightning while bitching about Musk. You SS piece of shit!

Frankly, I have no complaints about my Tesla…. Fucking car is fast and it’s fun to drive. As I’ve said before, it’s not a universal replacement for other types of vehicles. Anybody who thinks it is really has been smoking too much dope in one of their lefty states. Totally cool if you live in a metropolitan area, totally not cool if you live in Montana.

For a while, though, Mark Kelly has had to get a life and I’ve been unimpressed

I would love to have a Tesla because of :
instant torque
No maintenance except tires and brakes
Support elon

Like every other manufacturer or they’re full of crap when it comes to the no maintenance thing.

You really do need to replace the coolant every 60 to 100,000 miles, and the coolant/differential fluid does need to be changed… even though, they tell you otherwise, don’t believe them. Interestingly, having them replaced the front and rear differential fluid fluids, and the filters for those differentials, Was like 250 bucks… which really isn’t bad.

Similar to Subaru telling anybody who has a CVT that you don’t have to change the fluid cause it’s good for the life of the vehicle. Yeah, it’s good till it’s 100,000 miles when the transmission explodes… Whereas if you had been changing youd get 200,000 miles out of the same transmission.

I will say the Tesla is the first car that I actually had to do a brake service on because they never wear out and barely get used… So you gotta take him apart once a year and lube all the points of contact for the pads (mine has these really nice Brembo parts which I would much rather keep in good shape)

Hmm good to know, I honestly didn’t know how the drivetrain works on teslas so I wasn’t sure if they even had differentials

He definitely is. By the way, the "new ride" is already purchased - a Suburban, the same vehicle he and his type didn't want YOU to have just a few months ago. They wanted to force you to buy the Tesla, et al. I can't believe they think anyone falls for their soul-less crap.
I literally can't even talk to liberals anymore.

They are stupid, evil and soulless

Aside from Mark Kelly being a doofus….

Yeah, on a Tesla, the front and rear differential fluid are partially the coolant for the front and rear motors… so it’s a much thinner oil type than classic differential fluid that you might have on a Subaru or a jeep. (in other words it is not 75W 90 gear oil)

There is also a set of filters in each differential/motor unit to keep the fluid clean and free of wear particles. When they change the fluid, they typically change those filters. If you ever watch them change the fluid, it will come out almost black… And it is a translucent fluid when it goes in.

The standard coolant goes through the battery pack and the heating cooling system. They originally said that it was to be replaced every 60,000 miles. Not really sure what they say nowadays.

Lastly, I would definitely replace the brake fluid every two years.

Seent an article where a dude bought a tesla just to destroy it. Stupid fucker is too dumb to realize once he buys the car and tesla gets their money, they don’t give a fuck what you do cause they already have your money
You are dealing with liberal here. None of the shit they do makes any sense.

My friend was the West Houston Shop Foreman at Tesla for a while and he would tell me that he would get model S with higher mileage 200K+ and the brakes look brand new still. He doesn't ever remember having a Tesla in the shop that needed brakes.

I have only driven a few and it was hard for me to get to use to the one pedal driving. My brother says it takes about a day or so to get use to it and the Tesla Sales guy said the same thing too when I test drove the Cyberbeast. If the market ever recovers this year, I think I'm going to get a Model S Plaid. I mean, you can not beat the shear acceleration or the tech features on these cars for the money. FSD can drive better then most people on the road.

Hey, uh, can I, um, have your stuff after you FSD into a jersey barrier?

Whats funny is I think most people want to do better for the environment. But the Tesla thing was pure virtue signalling. And they made good press doing it. The problem with virtue signaling is that it really is about the SIGNAL. Who wouldn't want to get great gas mileage? But of course there's the charging and the fact that uh....winter and you can't fast charge like filling a tank of gas.

And its not just Dems who do it (although they love to!) WHen the mob is done with you, you're toast. Its one of the dangerous of populism/mob rule. (Don't get me wrong, everything is frought with danger--the key is recognizing it)

AIDS ribbons anyone? Same thing. Its not WHAT you do, its what you are SEEN doing. Its all about performance. Not action.

Member they were also Trump's buds before he went into politics....

Once you get used to the amount of power you have and the fact that the car will drive itself if you wanted to and a whole bunch of other stuff… it gets a little harder to go back to a normal car because they’re not as fast and they’re not as fun to drive

Certain high end and very expensive cars, excepted…

It’s remarkable how these threads can change. Guess I am responsible for this thread becoming a hate/love for Tesla.

Tesla’s are pretty cool compared to most ev’s. However, until an easily service station replaceable battery pack becomes available, the ev’s are pretty much a toy of the rich and/or transportation for people who live mid sized cities.

Back to the subject at hand

One wonders how the world would be if Mark Kelly had been an actor on the lost in space movie instead of a “renowned” astronaut. They way he “acts” not much different the way I see it. Most of the men who worked in space used their experience to further mankind or at least not as a springboard to a career in the public “cash in pocket” business. (Aka national politics)

It’s sad about Gabby, she didn’t deserve what she got, no matter how you feel about her politics. But when people take a relative’s personal tragedy and make it a national crusade, they often become nothing more than a bore. It gets old.

Myself, I have to be careful not to push the fate of my cousin’s son (Daniel) who was killed by a drunk driver while Daniel was driving home from work. 21 years old he was. Living in Mark’s state, why doesn’t he do something about drunk driving. Kills far more than AR’s do

How do they do with high speed interstate driving, say cruising around 85-100 with occasional bursts beyond that. While I know they can accelerate for short burst, can the batteries handle "spirited" interstate driving.
