Good article Savage Sniper

Re: Good article Savage Sniper

I am surprised that they used a good scope this time, not some 3-9 or aimpoint like I have seen them do a few years ago and they had to use a lead sled of course. that is why i do not buy those magazines anymore, most of those guys can't shoot.

Weak groups.

"Most rounds generally stayed inside an 1.5" circle at 100 yards"?

If I were Savage, I'd be pissed at this review.

Sucks when someone that can't shoot reviews the accuracy of your rifle.

Amusing the author thought that performance was good.

I had the same reaction when I read the article. 1.5" groups from a Savage? Laughable.

Re: Good article Savage Sniper

Well if you are a terrible shooter, 1.5 inches is pretty damn good. My savage was capable of shooting sub-moa out of the box. Right now, its shooting at right around .6moa, which is what I am capable of atm.

an aimpoint? that IS laughable.
