lmao Thanks Tucker for the thought and vote of confidence. 
I can't do that 'yet', but looking forward to it. I just got home a couple hrs ago from a long long day at two locations for 2 MRI's. A few of our Hide Brothers and I that share cell time together know what's been going on today, damn near real time, so thought I'd share on your thoughtful post. The first MRI was upper cervical for my regular Doctor. He just called me himself to tell me that I've got bone spurs and significant arthritis in the neck and upper spine. I knew that from years ago from when I was attacked by a Meth Head in the holding cell and blew my back out gently tossing the guy with his well being always in mind. My Sister's (all Older) and Mother have and had arthritis from hell. It didn't skip me.
The second MRI was for the shoulder specifically. My surgeon got this one ordered up. The Doctor that did this one stuffed a needle into the shoulder socket to numb it up, then another larger gauge needle into the same area to shoot dye into the shoulder. He then grabbed my arm as I was laying down and began manipulating it to the point of me screaming like a little bitch and breaking out in sweats and wanting to puke. When I walked outta that room into the waiting room to go to the other MRI now that I was full of dye, the 5 people waiting must have heard me from the looks on their faces. I cussed a little bit too. That son of a bitch put my arm into positions it hasn't even thought about being in since Feb 24th. It was a religious experience for sure. Should know Monday what the shoulder MRI shows and what the plan of attack is gonna be.
So there's that. Now more importantly, is that a mazda?

Then Radio Shack, and then a LGS in Warrenton, which is nothing but a waste of space. Jimmy behind the counter wasn't very sociable nor intelligent. So off we go headed to Englund Marine in Astoria (added their location just for shit's n giggles). "Not only no, but hell no, and we don't know what the hell you're talking about either buddy." Next thing ya know we're outta time for these shenanigans and it's time to head to Columbia Memorial. Another waste of space. Like Veer texted, "Brownells". Brownells it is........... The welding supply shop was my next best guess. Ran outta time and by the time I was done fiddling around I just didn't feel like doing anything other than getting my ass home and grab a bag of ice. And drink Beer.

Left it unopened and under one of the tables for a few days till the heat died down. I begin to believe that they start to get pissed off when they feel like you're pissing away their inheritance. We gave our elder son and his then fiancée, now wife, a couple grand long before the wedding to help with new wheels. Younger son got wind and immediately put the presumptuous and entirely rude bite on me to finance a bunch of his idiotic New Age Idiot shit, and I gave him a firm but not entirely friendly "no." We didn't speak for a few weeks after that.

I think that Is why neither my parents not brother will tell me what money has exchanged hands over the last 20 years. A few years ago my mother thought I needed money and said "ask your father, he would help if you just asked". Hum, fuck that. I don't need help, not sure where she got that idea and I haven't asked for 2 nickles since I was 14 not about to in my 40's.

Well, it's official. In layman's terms the Doc sez I'm a pussy. No need to go under the knife again. No tear to be seen. Sez the shoulder is "Frozen", meaning stuck and hurt from the compression. Basically my Ballistic Coefficiency isn't so good. His explanation makes some sense. Said look, you're 240 lbs and augered in pretty good. What you didn't break to the brunt of the impact and it's a complicated area of the body to damage. It's going to take time to heal, but we've gotta get you into PT and get that wing moving. In the meantime I'm gonna give you a shot of cortisone in the shoulder through your upper back. WHAAAAA? Yes, it's going to hurt but then it's done and should make you feel better. Ok. Wack!!! That was horrific and nobody should ever do this unless you absolutely have to. Asked about how the plate was doing and the collarbone, told him it's sensitive and I want it out. Doc sez we can do that, but not for a year. What? Ya, gotta be in for a year before we can remove it. Fuck. So we're signed up for PT and looking forward to some more off the charts pain to try and get this thing going. I can't remember the lengthy medical term he used for my situation, but basically as stated, I'm a pussy. We'll see. And thx Cartman for the advice and insight. On the one hand, I hope this is it. The pussy thing, I'm sure the guys will agree, makes sense here. So let's all pray this is it. On the other hand, DON'T TRUST DOCTORS. http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/releases/11856.php I'm still waiting to hear the official explanation for the hand. And whether they imaged the nerve roots. We'll know in a year either way I suppose. As long as your "searching finger" is healthy you'll do fine at work. But I worry you just burned your last sympathy chit around here! Nobody wants to be a buck on opening day of the season!
