    We all know of the tragedy in FL. It is absolutely terrible but the left didn’t even wait a few hours to start capitalizing on this. We all know these kids are being used as pawns by the lefties but with all the media coverage the nation is starting to be won over in large numbers. If we don’t have kids promoting the 2A we may very well find ourselves like Australia. All the donations to pro gun clubs in the nation isn’t going to stop this. It’s going to take a concerted effort of pro2A kids counteracting the others arguments to sway the tide. If we don’t act fast you can bet the bans and control will be coming.

    Yes, I'm watching the protests too.

    But I am flatly not going to serve up my offspring to this orgy of progressive angst.

    I think more in terms of "What if they gave a war and nobody came".

    I think the best answer to this paroxysm of knee jerk self guilt wallowing is dead silence. Just like the "Resist" uprising that never happened. Nothing curbs the wackos faster the their finding out they can make all the noise they want, but a lot of folks like us are really tired with their message.

    FWIW, my kids have already gotten their youth marksmanship training along with their friends at my own personal hand, and their offspring are also on the same glide path.

    Using children in Politics is stupid no matter who does it. They can't vote and can only pull at heart strings. Any Protest that gets them out of school will be big. I would jump on that in a heartbeat if I were in school. Carry a sign for 30 minutes and take the day off. Heck Yeah. They are used as props by the Left, don't be like them. It shows the morality of the Left.

    Believe me, my Kids are 2A as fuck. They not only enjoy talking about the shooting sports, but they recruit new shooters all the time and I love them for that.

    We absolutely need more people actively recruiting and introducing new shooters to our sport.

    People who program the kids to further their political aims remind me of Hitler. It's political exploitation at its most disgusting. If anything, we need to use good judgement in how we go about instilling decency and intelligent decision making in ours. We fought a war to eradicate Hitler's brand of National Socialism, and another one to stomp Saddam flat when he built his government around Hitler's philosophies. I hope we don't have to think in those terms domestically, but really, with Soros et. al, it's really no longer such a purely domestic conflict. Now Oprah is surruptiicously supporting Soros, Turner, and Bloomberg about cutting world population, and also gearing up for a Presidential run.

    It's getting flatly surreal around here. I'm almost looking for the emergency brake...

    These ultra radical progressive mentally ill slime have absolutely no shame. There is no limit to how low they will stoop. This latest stunt of using kids to further an agenda is a new low. They have guys debating 15 year olds and losing (according to the biased audience), i.e Rubio vs that little puke on CNN. Also, the notion of self evident is continually being challenged in philosophical debates. You can pick anything apart if you smoke a bunch of weed or drop some acid. The main gun argument today is "need". "You don't need an AR15 for self defense" or "nobody needs that kind of firepower". Common sense right?

    My 12y/o wrote a paper and did a presentation on firearms in his class a couple weeks ago. Teacher was fine with it and he said his classmates seemed to enjoy it. I think that's good for him and does a good job introducing firearms to others around him that may not otherwise know anything about them.

    No way in Hell would I pimp my kids to the media like these commie fucks do.

    The problem is if the kid does not walk out he becomes a Fascist Nazi and a target. This is Dangerous. They are endangering these kids for their own end. Evil.

    That's a new political low on the part of the left. Its indoctrination at it's most fundamental level and worse if school administration is compelling students to attend.

    My two boys are very pro gun! No, I won't share pics or vids of them shooting because they're both under aged and I've already seen first hand what gets done to my pics when I was under aged. :rolleyes:

    My kid is definitely pro 2a. Shoots better than most adults at 5, and gets proper gun handling and safety drilled into his head at every opportunity. He reloads with me, loves hunting, shooting, and pretty much anything else outdoors.
    The problem is now, as much as I hate it, you have to also teach kids that they can't share their interest in firearms and hunting with half the population because it is not "socially acceptable". I have seen first hand how the ignorance of the other side can blow things out of proportion, and I am definitely not willing to make my kid, or my family a target for the all of the sick fuck progressive anti gun folks again.

    You know what’s one of my fears about that? I don’t have kids but I could totally see a kid getting beat up by a bunch of progressives at school, then it being covered up by the leftist teachers and admin because the kid deserved it for being pro gun and is obviously pro murder

    I'm not really concerned about my kid getting his ass beat. He is a little rough neck. He has a point though, the same thing could happen if your kid beats another kids ass.
    I just don't want him getting labeled as a problem kid, get kicked out of school, or shunned by the teachers or parents of his friends because of his interests and hobbies.
