I would like to take a moment to say Happy Thanksgiving to all the SH folks.
2020 has been a year with more than it's share of suck. With everything that has happened culturally, socially, economically, and politically, I won't mind a bit seeing this one in the rear view. A lot of shit has gone on, and there is probably more to come, but in all honesty, we do still have things to be thankful for. It may take some looking, but there are things.
Although i've been on this site for a number of years, I've had the opportunity to spend more than my fair share of time here this year. I've learned quite a bit, laughed quite a bit, and it has almost become like a family to me (albeit disfunctional at times
). I have appreciated being able to come on here and it feeling like having a beer with friends by the fire.
I'll end by saying I'm damn proud to be an American, I love the hide, and pray for better days. Again, Happy Thanksgiving.

I have many things to be Happy about , even through this strange year. Proud to be an American , a Navy Veteran, good father. Met some awesome folks through the Hide , in person and via the net.
