Can't agree with this.
It depends on what they're looting and why. If they're displaced and starving or freezing as opposed to just wanting someone else's Nikes.
I've no issues with people killing each other over resources in war times, if it has to be this way, but you can kill someone who poses a threat to you and your's without being an animal about it.
Edit: Also why I think it'd be better to die fighting. People can be monsters

That said I had a dream last night that Russia/Putin decided to use a tactical nuke to persuade Ukraine that it is hopeless and to just give it up and let tens of thousands live while becoming USSR 2.0 again. Only the folks they sent to deploy the tactical nuke were overwhelmed and captured before they could deploy it and the Ukrainians turned it on the nearest Russian city they could get maximum body count from.

My families farm was raided by Union soldiers. My grandmother has a written account of it from my ancestors. The union army was fucking brutal when they came through. Freeing the slaves was not on their agenda more like raiding the farm destroying everything and taking all the animals.

So, with the regard to the looters, it’s one thing to actually have someone looting and then you punish them accordingly, it’s quite another if someone makes some shit up and forces you to do some shit and then take a beating. Without proper context none of us really know. All I seen was some woman with her pants down, her shirt up, getting the crap beat out of her, repeatedly, then her hair burned and some of the green dye shit they are using over there put on her face. So again, without any clue as to pwhat is going on we can’t really say one way or the other. I mean it could have been some losers getting their jollies off, raping this chick and then beating the shit out of her while someone holds a gun on her outside of the frame for all I know, cause she sure didn’t put up any kind of a fight. It’s freaking weird. All I know is, war of any kind can bring out the worst in people. And that’s why I keep telling people, you don’t want that shit over here.

If they are hiding it, they don’t need much help. There does not seem to be much Ukrainian casualty data or imagery coming out. Plenty of pictures of destroyed Ukrainian equipment. Their digi-paint pattern is distinctive, and they seem to fielding (as well as losing) a lot of T-64BVs. Haven’t seen many of those on the Rus side.
It’s likely Ukrainian losses are overall lower than Russian, but proportionally higher.
I’d take the Russian official casualty data with a bucket of salt.

I just find it interesting when I type “dead Ukrainian soldiers” or anything similar to that in a search engine all I get back is stuff about dead Russians not dead Ukrainians.
The Russians have damn near wiped a couple cities off the map. I have a hard time believing that Ukrainians are not suffering significant losses too.
On another note.
150,000 is an estimated number I’ve heard for committed Russian soldiers. Which I do not believe is enough people to take a country with a population of over 40 million.
Them drones and antitank missiles have made armored columns look about like a cavalry charge and at a machine gun nest In WW1.
Soldier wise? Both sides claimed to have wounded or killed 15-20k of the other. Russians were claiming 14k dead Ukrainians vs 500 dead Russians which is preposterous.
Civilians? 10k dead at least.

They are beating her badly, and that's no joke. Afterwards they made her put the green iodine on her face, which means it has a political element to it.
Unless this is some old video interjected here out of context, it's most likely that this is taking place in Ukraine, obviously somewhere with Russian speaking civilians. My guess is that she was either taking food, or trying to leave a place that was locked down to keep civilians from leaving, although that's not explicitly stated. Right now, the Ukrainian militias (and these guys were wearing sneakers, not army boots) are beating people and dousing them with zelyonka - just like what you see in this video- in the parts of Ukraine where they still have some measure of control and can take time for recreational violence.

I once lived in a racially mixed neighborhood. None of the black-owned homes were ever burglarized. What does that say about the property values in that area? Fortunately, I rented and left there when my time was up.
I was violently attacked when I was six by a black teenager that was three times my size. I must have been part of the problem because I was white.
Had it not been for my parents teaching me that there are good and bad in all races, ethnicities and religions I would have been extremely fearful and angry at anyone with dark skin color.
So I understand how some immigrants feel. Some of these same folks might have come from countries allowing all blacks, especially young Muslim men, into their country. Ask a German or Swedish woman how safe she feels around a bunch of African and/or Muslim men on the streets.
We should put ourselves in the immigrants' shoes for a moment. You may have managed to survive poverty, high crime, war and famine from the country you left. You entire life savings, if you have any, will be tied up in a new home for your family and children. Would you want to relive and experience all the horrors that you left behind?
When I see some black asshole acting really tough and thinks that "whitey" should bow and beg forgiveness for slaves he never owned, I think about what happened to me when I was six. I want to kick his black ass all over the place and I cheat when I fight.

Racial demographics play a huge part in the home buying process.
Nobody wants to live in majority black neighborhoods (including blacks). More crime, crappy schools. Just the way it is to be honest. That’s why people are adamantly against the inner city bussing scheme of moving people from “low income” schools to nice schools.
People pay big money up front, and in follow on taxes, for their kids to attend good schools. Those schools are made up of certain demographics and are severely lacking other demographics.
