See that erratic, and 100fps higher spike? That's a bad sign. I just checked Sierra's data, and they list 24.2gr of TAC as a max load with the 69gr SMK.
Hornady's 8th Edition doesn't list any velocities with the 68gr BTHP going faster than 2800fps from their 20" Service Rifle AR15. They have two data sections, one for a bolt gun in .223 Rem, and one for 20" AR15 Service Rifle.
Primers are a terrible and unreliable indicator of pressure, since different primers will show cratering at totally different pressures.
If the primers arent falling out yet then you should be safe. The only negative of running a safe high pressure load is killing your brass prematurely.

Check the case head. 1/1000" expansion at the head and you're toast in a load, too hot. If the brass is flowing, don't bother going! Not sure on all of this semi-auto stuff, but on a bolt gun, that's too much pressure if the brass is expanding.
