Thought I’d share, picked up a KYL rack from these guys

Set it up in like 2min, nice design, the legs slide on ether side via slightly overbored holes, when the legs are angled out it really locks in.

Each hit would easily swing the target for a few revolutions, targets seem plenty stout for 22 work, and the frame is rock steady while taking hits.

If you want to store it, the legs slide right off and the three pieces stack flat.

Overall for $150 with free shipping pretty good deal.

I've had one of these for a little over a year now. Its been great for me and lots of fun. I just turn it around every once in a while to keep the smaller hangers from bending backwards and it is a blast to shoot.

So far 50, seems like how they are used in most of the NRL COFs
Lately
KYL at 50

Bunch of 1 & 1.5”s at 100, one 6” hangar at 100 for shooting standing, kneeling, sitting.
That’s what I figured but asked anyway, those last couple little ones look tough

The last two, one guy yesterday had a cool old Remington with one of those 2x scopes where you adjust via the rings. it was a tac driver, but his lack of glass made the last couple pretty hard for him at 50yrds.

I think if you have 15x or so, a good rifle and do your part, it’s still a fun challenge, especially with a cross wind, but you don’t have to be Odysseus to pull it off ;)

Gonna have to order one and try it out!

I manage the 1/4" target with a TC Contender carbine & a Leupold 3x9x33 scope. Harris bipod & a bag in back. Can't do it every time, but if I pay attention & be real careful on the trigger, I can repeat it several times. The duplex reticle covers the target. Mostly line up the elevation with the targets to the left. The break open action of the Contender is not well suited for this game, just what I had at the time.

The KYL/TYL rack is the most fun & challenging target I've experienced.

Pssst... Your KYL rack is backwards. Usually largest target to the left.

Another very satisfied KYL customer here. Had mine a little over a year and it is a great training tool and so much fun to use.

The 1/4” target will bend with repeated impacts at 50 yards. Either turn the rack around every other use, bend it back or just replace the target when the time comes.

Dang weeds can grow anywhere.

I bought one after reading this post, I used a promo from one of the videos on the site, and it came in at $135. I just got back from the range and I am very happy. Great quality and the setup is super fast while being able to handle uneven ground. I set it up very close to a 50 yard birm so it was on a fairly steep angle, no issues.
Thanks so much for posting about this one!

I run a monthly rimfire match at my club. The KYL rack has been the centerpiece of the matches for the past year. It's a very informal match designed to let kids get started in competition. So we run ours at 25 yards. It's held up very well. Well worth the $
