For all with issues between MSRP and MAP. MSRP is NOT street price. The MAP is $2999 and what it will be on the street. You can see that in the EuroOptic's link. Less than a ZCO. LOL

$2999 is more than a ZCO? MSRP is not street price.
MSRPs have always been higher. Not just on these scopes. Look around some. What's the point of having an MSRP if street price on day 1 is 25% off...
I think the point still applies with regard to glass - it's 2X the street price of the G2, which is also increasing by ~500? Thinking optimistically, I expect the glass is upgraded on both.
Watch the Europtic video. Says same glass as the 1-10 gen 3 which is better than the g2.What's the point of having an MSRP if street price on day 1 is 25% off...

If you're only going to watch one video watch the Europtic one. It's better than the Vortex videos.
You forgot the link to your video.
Gen3 Razors went up tooIMO, so far, the biggest news is our Gen2's are now worth $500 more than they were yesterday.
What were you hoping for? That being said, it has none of the features I was hoping for. Unfortunately I'll have to pass.
+1....I'd like to know tooWhat were you hoping for?
Are the turrets tool less rezero?
Meopta Optika6 has tool less elevation. It's an $800 scope. What sub $3000 scopes have tooless knobs?
Was talking more of a comparable scope in specs but guess they would count. Don;t think someone would take them over a Gen III though. LOLMeopta Optika6 has tool less elevation. It's an $800 scope.
Weaver Super Slam (Nitrex TR2)
I never said that I just asked if it had themOk I see we will be dying on the tooless knobs hill. LOL Ok guys you win. New scope sucks because it doesn't have tooless knobs. LOL
Wasn't towards your post. No problem asking.I never said that I just asked if it had them
.25 mil reticle? You mean instead of the .2?
What sub $3000 scopes have tooless knobs?
Yes. PR2 reticle is my favorite reticle far and away.
None. But it's a feature that may have gotten me to switch to a G3 from Leupold. Leupold mk5 has 1 out of 2 features. G3 has none. I have no brand loyalty, it either has as many as possible or it doesn't.
I would use it because it would go on my AXMC. It’s not a deal breaker for me. But I switch barrels often on it.How many of yall actually use/would use a tooless knob? Im struggling to find a realistic use case, but maybe im missing out.

It’s really nice if you’ve got a gun that can switch barrels easily and you actually do swap them. Mrad, desert tech, axmc, asr, all the newer AI’s really. I worry about creating a divot with set screws when switching back and forth between zeros. I’ve got a Revic on my srs now and the tooless zero system is very handy. How many of yall actually use/would use a tooless knob? Im struggling to find a realistic use case, but maybe im missing out.

Cat's finally out of the bag, so here they are fellas - should have some to ship out any day!
RAZOR GEN III 6-36x56 MOA
RAZOR GEN III 6-36x56 MRAD
I have been shooting it for a bit - I think you will be pleasantly surprised when you get behind one![]()
My biggest question about it is how well does it cut through mirage compared to the rest of the field
The way this turret works, there is no way t create a divot. There is a single screw you need to tighten slightly after zeroing and it is not digging into the stem or anything like that. It is a rather new design that has an internal clamp of sorts. That is what the screw is tightening. It’s really nice if you’ve got a gun that can switch barrels easily and you actually do swap them. Thank you for the explanation. I like how that seems to work. The way this turret works, there is no way t create a divot. MSRP looks the same, did MAP increase?IMO, so far, the biggest news is our Gen2's are now worth $500 more than they were yesterday.

I’ll have to watch the videos on it when I’m home later

Can’t tell you how many times I’ve wanted thatQuick release to pull the turret off mid stage?
Next best thing to tooless....tool provided...1 screw...ability to zero between clicks - for sure one of the best turret designs out there:Are the turrets tooless rezero?

I believe that would depth of field. Allowing more detail to be seen, therefore, differentiating between the mirage and what's behind it.My biggest question about it is how well does it cut through mirage compared to the rest of the field
Tooless is cool in theory but are you ever really in a situation where you’re zeroing but don’t have time to grab an Allen wrench from your pack? I would like to have it but imo definitely not a deal breaker.Ok I see we will be dying on the tooless knobs hill. LOL Ok guys you win. New scope sucks because it doesn't have tooless knobs. LOL
