So I picked up a 5-27X a while back and it lived on my 22LR while I was building my Terminus Zeus QC 223.
Awesome scope, I have run it side by side with my 7-35X ATACR and while the glass is top notch on both the ZCO has the edge, my experience has been that in good conditions the glass difference is almost imperceivable but in trickier conditions the ZCO starts to show its class.
Unfortunately mine has developed a defect in the ocular lens (pretty sure as the defect rotates when I turn it). It looks kinda like a chunk has came out of the glass.

Anyways I have emailed
[email protected] twice regarding this and not had a response. On ZCOs site there are instructions to send it in for warranty:
Sending in the product for repairs
Follow the steps below to ensure timely service:
- remove any accessories (sunshades or similar).
- write down the serial number of your riflescope and keep it handy for possible inquiries.
- Describe the defect and include this document with the scope in the package.
- Place the ZCO product in a well-padded box and packed in a shipping carton. Secure your package adequately with tape. The original product box alone is not sufficient for shipping.
- return your product insured and with tracking number to the following address:
North America customers only:
Zero Compromise Optic
Attn: Service Department
9190 Lower Fords Creek Rd
Orofino, ID 83544
USA
As I live in Canada I want to verify everything before sending (will probably cost a pretty penny to ship) but no replies to my emails.
Has anyone else send something in for repair? Or contacted ZCO regarding a warranty issue at the email address listed above? What was your experience?
