Join the contest SubscribeMy bolt handle spun off my Origin fairly easily.Okay, mines on there pretty tight and now I wonder if the smith I used tread lock on mine.
Anyone in the thread interested in a Area419 Bolt Knob group by? They currently do not thread for the Origin (1/4"-28) but willing to for minimum of 25 orders. I'm just gauging interest and will setup an official group by to the correct section if there is enough interest.

Has anyone had issues with light primer strikes? I went to the range this past weekend and had a lot of light strikes. Had the problem with factory and hand loads. I've never had an issue until this past weekend. Thought I'd ask here first before I email big horn.
First thing to check is that the cocking piece hasn't backed out on the threaded section of the firing pin. Is the firing pin indicator sticking out of the back of the shroud when the bolt is open and cocked over the trigger?Has anyone had issues with light primer strikes? It’s barely sticking out.First thing to check is that the cocking piece hasn't backed out on the threaded section of the firing pin. Is the firing pin indicator sticking out of the back of the shroud when the bolt is open and cocked over the trigger?
It looks like it's starting to back out. Pull the firing pin out, then pull the two set screws (1/16" Allen head) out of the cocking piece. When you have that done, turn the cocking piece on the firing pin as if your tightening a nut on a bolt. Run it to the shoulder and back it off 1/2 to 3/4 of a turn. Replace the set screws when you've done that with a little bit of blue Loctite and you're back in business. It’s barely sticking out. View attachment 7125909

Stay tuned.@BigHorn / ZAI Team
Will we be seeing an available long action Origin in the near future?
An XL TL3 would be pretty slick too.
Stay tuned.
