Buddy sent me these pictures from my bow blind camera. Anxious as F to drop a 4 legged critter with my new setup, I set out to hunt this weekend and got totally skunked lol. Classic!

Looks like I gotta to move the Dallas area...
Just west of Waco. About 2h 30m door to door.
Man!!!
And I thought my hunting blinds were too close to each other...
380 yards apart lol. That middle blind used to be 790 yards away down at the end but I lost the hunting rights on that property when the place got split up. I had an extra $3,500 deer blind and my uncle was going to put one there anyway so I let him use it if he would let me hunt it.
We ended up getting half the ranch and I have 3 blinds on it about 700 to 800 yards apart.
Right now the blind am it is roughly 7-800 yards apart from the next one and I thought they were close but at least with me I can't see the other one. The terrain is not even and right between both, there is a hill so it works perfect haha.
Either way, it shouldnt matter much so long as safe hunting/shooting is practiced.
You're hunting close to Riviera if I remember correctly, am I right?
I have seen a lot of game from the "blind" this year. I was patient and didn't shoot anything I didn't want.

Last Thursday I looked out the window with 5 minutes of shooting light remaining and saw what I wanted.
