Actually I live about twenty miles from the Mexican border so I am well aware of the issues. You are missing my point and there is a big difference between mass migration from Central America and South America versus northern Africa. Here in Texas, standardized testing simply means that the teachers spend most of their time teaching children how to correctly pass tests and memorize and repeat a limited set of information, as well as put their answers down in the specific working order the test wants.
