Post Your Preparedness LINKS

There has been a lot published online about survival situations and preparedness for the same. Yet, suprisingly, I continue to come across people that do not even know how to read a map. Since I am a lifelong believer in the "Caveman Stubby Pencil" rule, I tend to brush up on fundamentals as often as I can; however, I tend to gravitate online toward the more mature audiences in survival topics. Here are two good ones, to start the topic right:

Sadly, for Shankster, keeping his harem fed would result in an egregious no no in survival situations- unnecessary consumption of food.

Shankster would end up in a twilight like zone where there are no longer the fat ladies he loves. They would all get skinny.

What the heck is the "Caveman Stubby Pencil" rule? I hate those little pencils they pass out at the golf course, for what they charge for a round of golf is it too much to ask to get a full sized pencil?

You always prompt some interesting reading and dedicated searching, and trying to figure out WTH your really talking about.

From your initial post I pondered the "Caveman Stubby Pencil" rule. Which led me to explore the land of Megalabronchos and our ancestor Slouphysloofenheimer.

I haven't even got to the survival stuff yet.
