Price Check in the Gas and Diesel Aisle...

In my AO, gasoline jumped about $0.40/gal yesterday, but diesel stayed flat. That means the spread between the two distillates is only $0.60/gal. That's just plain weird.

Prices have jumped here. I picked up that the state had suspended taxes on gas. We're headed (here) into the driving season when prices go up anyway. Not going anywhere.

The disturbing thing is not how much any of us individually have to pay to fill up our personal cars, but how badly this will increase the cost of everything in life here soon once big Corps factor-in their increased shipping costs.

The big shoe that will drop is how much food prices are about to skyrocket towards this winter as all the old crops are used up and the replacement crops are priced based on how much more it cost to farm this year than last.

Price check. Lol

It's went way past that.

More like if you have to ask,
You can't afford it.

I don't look at the signs, the pump or the receipt till I get home and sit down. It's the new leader in falling / head injury e-room cases.

For 2 gallons of weed eater gas

Random thought.
I wonder what they'll do to electrical energy prices once they become the majority
of cars/transportation used?...

They lied about the scarcity of oil for decades only to invent a reason why we can't use it for the foreseeable
future.

As soon as they get enough people using e cars and totally finnish ruining out oil industry.

They will put a huge federal tax on electricity and probably figure out a way to tax or prevent you from using electricity you produced yourself.

I predict all these off grid electrical systems will be outlawed even for your own use on your own property.

They will tax the sun, the wind and the air you breath. They get away with it because they have allready shit on the highest laws of the land and the constitution .

It's going to get very ugly.

There is a $140 EV fee tacked onto a V8 I’m looking at. I told the dealership no.

$4.89 today . Just put $54.85 in muh Honda . Managed to get three weeks out of a tank by ; leaving early , riding in the right lane and keeping it under 2k on the tach .
These Mother Fuckers are really pushing the Envelope .
Secretary buttjizz says just buy an electric car and you don’t have to worry about gas.

With fertilizer and other costs for farmers going up to historically high levels, diesel being at historically high levels, and most people not knowing where to store their savings with inflation eating away at cash savings, a falling stock market, and rising interest rates for business / investment loans, will those factors register at the ballot box with the people when we had such a stark contrast in the preceding years?
Who knows with the mainly stupid electorate in this country? Time will tell.

You're not going to swing the far leftists, but there's a big chunk of voters in the middle that can be motivated to vote differently in the midterms than they did in the last election if the Republicans are smart enough to give them a reason.

You forgot the main question. Does it matter if the bad guys are counting the votes?

105 gallons of off road diesel. $494

This was after negotiating with the owner for a price match and paying cash.

I figured I should fill up every farm container for fuel I had as that should be enough fuel to run my track loader and tractor for several months and this situation we are in ain't getting any cheaper.

I'm going to need to refill my gas cans for use around the homestead. That's between 50 and 60 gallons of 87 octane. That's going to be about 20% more than the last time I filled them up.

I wish they had off road gasoline like they do diesel.
