I watched my 24 year old little brother die a horrible death. I know what PTSD feels like. Kyle’s emotional display made perfect sense to me. I hope he gets the proper support when this is over.
So if Kyle fired 8 rounds with 6 hits , then that is a 75% hit ratio . Like it or not , that's about 50 % higher than your average deer hunter !

I think the judge did his best to lead the jury down the right path without directly intervening.
The media morons biggest argument in this case was always “ The 17 year old never should have been there with that illegal gun.” That sort of stuff could easily sway a jury into a stupid verdict. By tossing the illegal firearm charge and the curfew charge, the judge has blown up the entire “he shouldn’t be there” argument. While there is no guarantee of the following, IF the jurors are intellectually honest, it’s clear this case is now about straight-up self defense. And without all the hazy emotional bullshit of a 17 yr old with a scary gun, I believe Kyle wins every time. It’s on video, he’s running away before each shooting. Case closed. IF……..If the jury is intellectually honest.

Biggest takeaway from this trial: NEVER operate solo. EVER!

That he used an AR is just a ''bonus" to them, but it's not really the issue they're after him for. Kyle represents the Right and their belief in the right to defend life and property against those who would try to destroy or take it forcibly. The Left is trying mightily to establish that THEY (and only they) CAN take or destroy life and/or property from their political enemies with impunity, and you will be punished if you try and stop them. THAT is what they're trying to establish by prosecuting him. The AR is just icing on the cake. If he'd have used a Glock (27 is what the moron was carrying) to accomplish the same thing under the same circumstances they'd have still prosecuted him, but they'd have a less glamorous "show" to put on.
Either way the verdict is going to be a turning point for the future. There's gonna continue to be riots, but if hes found guilty I think you're going to see a lot less people defending property and a lot more cities burnt to the ground. If hes found innocent I'm fairly certain the commies are going to arm themselves more heavily prior to rioting.

It's sad that many of the people protecting property and liberty end up facing the courts when most of the left and their destruction and violence does not.
Time to take out the trash that allows the riots to go on unchallenged.
