Fat prosecutor is a much better presenter/public speaker by far. Right now he is driving home that Kyle fired 4 times. The first shot hitting his hip. The last shot in the back.

Yeah Illinois sounds TOTALLY different from Wisconsin. Its sounds stupid but it is absolutely a real thing, you cross that imaginary line and people have an accent. I spent formative years in Iowa and you cross the Mississippi in to WI and people had an accent. Outside of chicago, Iowa-Illinois-Indiana, even Ohio sound pretty much the same. Farther north you get either Michigan, Wisconsin, or Minnesota. Southern MN is still kinda flat, but by the time you hit twin cities its 'Fargo' land donchano. Ironically the Dakotas are also pretty neutral, but Canada be creepin!
Add to that inland cities vowel shift (think Chicago accent)--Defense guy is pretty thick, stereo typical Wisconsin. Most people it is way less pronounced.
Also you've been outted as a FIB.
Becoming less about Kyle and more about the prosecution vs the judge.

The judge has very little role to play in a felony case. It isn't like traffic court.

A jury instruction to that effect was proper. State v. Wenger, 225 Wis. 2d 495, 593 N.W.2d 467 (Ct. App. 1999), 98-1739.

Despite all the hoopla I am still guessing a hung jury. You get 1-2 'True Beleivers' on either side and its a deadlock. Given WI polticis, I bet there is a True believer in the 'He must fry" camp on the jury. In a 'normal' situtaion' this is an open and shut case--but this is in no way normal.
how does on retreat when on the ground being attacked?
They were discussing the point when he was getting chased thru the auto lot.
This case should have been brief, but the entire thing has been anything but.

This case never should have made it past discovery!
Fatty was getting so worked up I thought he was gonna have his 12th heart attack during rebuttal. 
I was wondering if the court room stenographer added in his wheezing in between his statements
Jury deliberation and possible verdict tomorrow. What do you all think? At this point I'm going with a hung jury.
Not guilty would be the sane choice.

From what I understand they start deliberating tomorrow morning.
