I said it before. My biggest concern is that prosecution in final rebuttal drove home that Kyle shot the first guy (who Kyle testified he “knew was unarmed”) 4 times. The first shot in the hip “incapacitating him” according to prosecution’s closing and the last shot in the back “the lethal shot” again according to the prosecution’s closing.

Putting Kyle on the stand was a terrible decision by the defense. His crocodile tears and forced emotion most likely did more harm than good. It was so lame that the prosecution brought up the screenshot of Kyle's TikTok profile with the 4doorsmorewhores name. Their job is to convince the jury that Kyle is some cold blooded killer, but all they did with that screenshot is prove that Kyle is just a goofy teenager with a funny profile name. You know, like what every fucking teenager has! So the prosecution managed to convince the jury that Kyle is a teenager. Great job!
