I'm having an issue where the cam adjustment is not locking down on the webbing and allowing it to slip under tension. Contacted SAP and they said to exercise the cam buckle, drop oil where the cam rubs on the side plate, and snap the cam after moving it to it's full range. All this was to no avail.
They sent out a second sling and it has the same issues. I'm considering filing the cam serrations to sharpen them up a bit in the hopes that it will bite the nylon more aggressively.
Is anybody having success with their sling? It seems to be a good design, but just in need of a little "enhancing" on my end.
Cheers.
