I've had this rifle since June of this year and have been shooting 200-1260 yards with it. So far in those 5 months I have fired 200 rounds of Remington 225gr soft points as inexpensive rounds to throw down range while learning how to shoot distance. I moved to Maine from Arizona, and finally broke out the rifle to shoot again. When I was giving the rifle a once over before the range session, like I always do, I noticed a couple things were amiss. Number one, trying to take a cartridge out of the chamber, the extractor would not maintain it's hold and the cartridge would stop half way out of the chamber. The second issue, is when it finally would bring a shell all the way out of the chamber, the ejector would not kick it out of the gun.
So I ordered a new extractor, extractor detent, ejector spring and ejector pin to replace the "worn out" parts. Has anyone else had to replace these parts after only 200 rounds? Seems kind of short lived to me. And before it's asked, the Remington loads were all factory and showed no signs at all of over pressure.
Thanks for reading guys and any answers you may provide
