After watching LowLight's instruction on scopes, and a few others on methods to assure a level setup, I created a printable PDF to go along with the most excellent information.
This first release is MOA, I am working on a MILRAD version as well. I flew this one with my 45-70, and discovered I got much better groups at distance after mounting a leveler on the scope and doing the tests and adjustments to get everything lined up. Many thanks to the HIDE!

MRAD version is done.
Major squares are 1 mil, minor squares are .1 mil, top to bottom is 10 mils. Side to side is 4 mils. These are based on 100 yards, the best distance to level and check your scope for tracking issues.
IE... 1 mil at 100 yards is 3.6", so one click (most scopes) is .36" for one click, which at 100 yards, is one small square..
If your target is less than or more than 100 yards, adjust the scale by the percentage of the difference.

Enjoy and share, please don't change it, and share it freely,
No fees or charges for the use or reproduction please, I did this for all of us to benefit from when we level our scopes.
We are all learning together how to set up our gear and shoot LOOOOOONNG. Let's all help each other!

Thank you again Griz.

I dont think you mentioned this but it is is equally important that the target/chart be put up level too!

so don't forget your level when you go to the range.

No point chasing an error when your target isn't level.

Excellent point, I did not attempt to give too many directions on the best way to use the target, LOWLIGHT is a much better teacher than I am.

This is an EXCELLENT article in case you have not read it.
The target I created is an extension of that information in a visual and printable format. I ran my scope to the 10 mil up/down on this target to get an adjustment factor, and shot a group at each mil (10 clicks) all the way up the target to test the corrections. I am now level and hitting on first round at each distance on a 250-1000 yard ladder, with zero deviations from my balistic calculator. A level mounted to the scope itself is the only way to get this perfectly right! My MPA chassis has a level built in, and now I have them in harmony. A level rifle and scope combo is a dream to shoot!

This is nice... Thanks!
I'm not sure if it matters but I'm assuming you would do all of this scope leveling and turret truing before you actually adjusted the scope to gravity taking into account our tendency to cant the rifle in our less than perfect shoulder pockets.

I got the rifles and scopes level, but I have been a bit off the personal bubble since I was born, at least according to my wife! LOL.
I think you need to get the gun right and keep it right by adjusting the cant on the recoil pad, a least that how I approached it.
And please do not misunderstand, I am still pretty new at shooting long and am still learning. I soak up everything I can and share what I have learned, it's a personal growth thing.
BTW, even at 65, I do still learn! As we all should.

So, should this Mil target be placed at 100 or 109 yards to have the subtensions be correct? And thank you sir for both your time and contribution... Well done!

I must be doing something wrong. Just stopped by Kinkos and had them print it out for me. It's 42" tall but the sheet is 36" wide. I'm getting each minor square at .33" wide and tall. Is there a particular way I need to ask them to print it for me?

Griz44Mag , do you know what the secret is?

Tell them to print it on E1 30 X 42 and do not rescale it! It is 1:1
Very likely they printed it on what was in the plotter instead of changing the paper.
I printed 6 more (for friends) today on our HPDJ2500 and they were perfect.
After printing, top to bottom of the grid at the correct scale is exactly 36"
