If they add an ambi slide lock but don't add an ambi mag release I'm going to die laughing

Im guessing it will be reversible. If it is true it used Glock mags and Gen 4 to current mag would work in either configuration. But I also noticed that it isn't always ambi.

The smart play is to use this tech to bring higher performance to older calibers. There would be a LOT of interest in the ability to use a hotter .308, .30-06 etc, even if it needed special marking so people don’t stuff it in older guns. Basically make +P variants of common use calibers and you have both mass adoption and it really shows what the tech can do

I know it can be done, a few of us crazy bastards on here have already done it with resized Sig hybrid cases, the limits are really the metallurgy on old bolts and chambers, so just like 9mm +P, .45 Super, and high pressure 45-70, put a warning label on it and be done with it.

I've looked everywhere and not found anything, only heard the rumour on the Hide so could be complete BS.

If I had to guess I'd say they are doing a rimfire that'll match the new match/NRL/PRS rifles they are launching, but I've not seen any evidence that backs this up. Whereas you can see listing on websites for the new CF Tikka ACE Game rifles, I can't see anything for RF.

So since the cat is out of the bag I guess I can talk about it. I shot the Ace Target at the Gap Grind. Haven’t seen the production model yet, there was a lot of feedback they were given, hopefully they listened.
