DPMS SASS with some JP Rifle Swagger
Put together a nice steel plinker. I like the DPMS value, but added a different ERGO grip, JP Rifle FF foreend, chopped and recrowned barrel to 16" with Surefire muzzle break. It is what it is and works for me plinking steel out to 500 yards so far, not comparing to the upper end AR10's but Im happy with it.

What do you think of the NEA stock? I've only heard one review and it wasn't good (poor machining, fit, and finish)

How's the Upper/Lower Fit and finish on yours? why the new trigger? I thought the factory 2 Stage Trigger was pretty Darn Good!
Well the upper is newly built. DD receiver, WOA 18" SPR rifle length, 1:7, Ranier Match lo pro gas block, Troy Alpha 13", DD BCG, Gunfighter medium CH. The lower is an LMT I already had, but I did install a Geissele DMR in it just for this upper build.

I updated the 7.62 to mimic my Noveske 5.56 (ergonomics). I was extremely surprised with weight reduction. 2014 is being kind to me so far.

Finally got mine put together enough to put a few rounds down range....enough to adjust the gas block and such. Just waiting to get a some nice glass to put on top.

I'm working my way backward to the basics….. a straight-up, nothing fancy, A-2. She ain't purdy, but she's fun on a Saturday night. I just built this one today on a Spikes Tactical Upper w/16" 1:7 twist barrel and mid-length gas system. I've got a matching Spikes lower in the works as soon as the LPK arrives. In the meantime I used the Double Star lower that I had sitting in my safe waiting on SBR approval. Soon as this damn weather warms up, I'll take it out and break it in.

I've been working on other platforms for my own stuff this year so far. But I have been putting together rifles for my four daughters. My oldest who is 11 has had her rifle for a couple years now and has already bagged a nice buck with it. It is the top one in the picture. I had my brother engrave their names in them with his VMC. They now are sitting as complete lowers waiting for me to scrounge the parts for the uppers.
My 264LBC/6.5 Grendel is finally DONE.
The picture does not include the Harris bipod and some camo form to wrap the scope and make it match the rifle, which are both now installed, but you get the idea. And the brake is timed now, pic was taken before it was shimmed and timed.

Nothing as good as what you guys are posting, Colt with 16'' barrel. Knights rail and surefire light & an Aimpoint.
Hard to get good AR accessories hear. My bolt guns are better.

Just Finished this one up Yesterday after my Stamp arrived! 10.5" 6.8 SPC built from a mix of used and Blem parts. Just about everything on this rifle was bought used, or repurposed from annother build at one point in time. Eventually I want to shave the FSB and add a 9" rail but that will come as funds allow.

This one I picked up about a month ago. Been wanting a .308 AR platform rifle for awhile now and I was starting to outgrow the 16" Noveske barreled 6.8 I built so this is the replacement. Still waiting on my scope to arrive.

Bought the lowers (OEF-15 on the FDE, Aero Ghost Gun on the Lothar-Walther) in Iowa, my home state, and then built them as MD-compliant "HBAR" profile full rifles so I could bring them back.
