It all went together pretty easy. The upper and lower fit is nice and tight. Overall I'm pretty pleased with it.

I'd be bragging if I told you! Noveske Rifle Work's 1x8 three groove barrels are the most accurate they make. This barrel was made for the 77 SMK!

What's even better is how "shootable" a rifle like this can be. It has just enough weight and magnification to do well prone or off the bench. But, you can really get into some surprisingly compromised positions and still get good POA/POI results. Slap an Aimpoint T-1 on it in a Larue 45 degree mount and you can hose close-up targets like a madman, too.

As a mechanic I come across scrap metal on a daily basis. I give it all away to my guys on my team so they can make extra money. Well I decided to keep it and see how long it would take to piece meal an AR together.

3.5 months!!

Used 14.5" barrel was free from a good buddy.

wow . alot of nice builds here . mines pretty boring until you pull the trigger . 50 cal beowulf with mag-pul furniture , pepper pot muzzle brake and mtd recoil pad.

Designed to be shot suppressed all the time. That's why a brake is used, to serve as a first blast baffle and increase suppressor life. There's an SLR adjustable gas block lurking under the forend.

My brother engraved their names on the lowers with his CNC mill for all 4 of my daughters. This one will go right along with the pink one her 11yo sis has. Now just need two more uppers for when the next two get old enough.

Hello here is my new AR build for this year so far ......My version of the M16 A5


Upper is the Bravo Company 20 inch Gov profile , it has the BCM BCG and BCM large latch charging handle , It has the Billet Style lower from Noveske , Bad Ass Ambi safety , Geissele SSA-E trigger , Vltor Emod A5 stock and buffer kit , KAC Ras 5 Rail system , Nightforce FC3 1-4 optic with Bobro mount , Hogue grip, LaRue Fug , LaRue QD bipod mount with Harris bipod with pod lock . The light is the Surefire 952v Tan Cerakoted Black I will be putting the Surefire Socom Brake on it to use my Surefire Socom RC suppressor with it . I am also going to be going with the V Tactical OD 2 point sling and Ontario Knife OKC3S Marine Bayonet .
