Buff them with barkeepers friend and tune your bike so the pipes don't overheat. Adjust the fuel mixture and plug heat type. Your pipes may be thin walled and need replaced if the blue keeps coming back after a proper tune up.

1/2 mixture of white vinegar and hydrogen peroxide ...great suppressor cleaner ! also makes for a great disinfectant and cures athletes foot !
