Sourcing and / or building a battery pack

A little off subject for the Hide, but I know there is a depth of knowledge here.

I need to build a battery pack for a headlamp. Here are the specific battery requirements: 18.5v li-ion 4300mah
I know where to source the connector for the headlamp & I can wire and solder very well. I do a lot of DC automotive work but haven’t done much with small lithium ion batteries and AC chargers. I know / think there are regulators for both charging and discharging that probably will be needed.

I guess really what I am asking for is if anyone know of a quality reputable brand / source for the prebuilt battery pack.

Anyone have any real world experience with buying this stuff?

Strip the guts from a Ryobi 18v 4ah pack.
It's a 4S2P pack with charge/discharge protection.
