Mich. Middle School student that refused to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance told to go back to her own country by her teacher.


Now listen to the teacher and go back to your own country, you hairy POS. And try not to stab anybody on the way out.

Welcome to America, dont want to respect it, we dont want you here. Teacher needs a raise and more teachers need to teach like this again. This student probably got all sorts of handouts, a free ride here, lives off the tax payers teet.... yet is loyal to the place she escaped and disrespects the USA... Need a gofundme page setup to buy her a ticket back.
 
I still remeber a middle school sceince teacher chewing out some kids for standing with their arms at their sides and not saying the pledge. He chewed their ass up one side of the room.and down the other. Last time they did that when he was around anyway.

Now if you yell at some kids like that their parents come yell at you. "You have no right to talk to my child that way." It all the teachers and schools fault though. 🤣🤣🤣

Probably told this story before, but worth a repeat. My hometown was mainly hispanics and whites. When I was in High School there were two kids with questionable immigrant status and didn't speak a word of English. Wanna know what their first English words were they learned and recited everyday? The Pledge. Keep in mind I'm only 35 so it's wasn't all that long ago I was in High School. My how public schools changed. Thank God for homeschooling nowadays. 🇺🇸

Our football coach in high school said a friendly 'Hello' to a militant clot of hippies he walked past outside of class and some greasy haired pothead popped some shit off. BIG mistake.

The coach screamed in that fucker's face, his own face beet red, backing that dope smoker all the way down a hill to behind a bus barn where shit was settled. On the way past I heard the coach yell "I'm going to put a U.T. brand right on your forehead!" The coach was wearing his U.T. Longhorn ring.

The only problem I have with homeschooling. Especially paying people to homeschool their kids, is the amount of parents I already see ignoring their children and not teaching them anything. But if more of those people woukd homeschool thier illbehaved kids. It woukd be better for people who have their kids in public school also. Catch 22. 🤣🤣

If you don't like this country, GTFO. If this country is so awful, what is she doing here? The purpose of being here in America is religious and economic freedom, not turning every part of the globe into a caliphate. Which is their aim.

From the Koran, all those not of the nation of Islam are infidels.

I haven't been to any high school reunions. I had enough of those people the first time around.

There's been an attempt by some for me to reunite through FB. I accepted their friend requests but have 'Snoozed' or unfriended most all of them, finding out my first instinct about them was right over 50 years ago.

Not a damn things changed. Backstabbing, jealous 18 yr. old hippies are now backstabbing, jealous old 70 yr old Democrats.

Funny thing is that it was just like high school. When I graduated, the senior class 821 and the school population was 2,000. A lot of people I didn't know and still don't. Just about the only person I knew was my friend David and I can see him most any time I feel like driving to the other side of the county.

A few others I have not seen but they are still around, including some musicians of local note.
 
There were 24 kids in my graduating class. Some of them were my very good friends. I haven't gone to any class reunions, our 20 year was in 2022. My freind who lives in AR want to to rent a house in FL for 5 or 6 of us to spend a week fishing in. Seemed like a pretty cool idea but we didn't do it. One of those guys who is like a brother even though 1000 miles keeps us from hanging out often.

I'm kinda surprised that the state indoctrination camp is still saying the pledge every day. Especially in Michigan.
They want free speech then home school. Otherwise follow the rules.
The outcome will be the school system will cave to the minority instead of telling them to fuck off. Either by mandate of the fucked up liberal judges or the fucked up liberals on the school board.

Standing and reciting the Pledge, or simply standing, is an act of speech and can not be compelled in the United States.

At the same time, the teacher admitted to the statement, other students clearly must have heard it, and now she no longer retains any credibility or authority in the classroom.

DOGE the teacher, and let her give her opinions out all day outside the 7-Eleven for free.

Put a real, actual teacher in her place that will behave as a professional and whose primary interest is education.

The 1st Amendment (you know the one you are all so proud of) forbids the government from compelling speech.

If you want to go mindlessly repeat some made up pro government chant that some folks made up to try to propagandize and brainwash people, sure you be you.

But the government and government entities and such have no right to go force such dogma chanting on the citizens of this country or their Children.

You are not under any obligation to worship the government or even like it.

This is also actual proper legal doctrine as clearly spelled out by the courts despite various blatant attempts at work arounds by pig headed government and jingoistic fools.

In 1943, in West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette, Justice Robert H. Jackson, writing for the 6 to 3 majority, went beyond simply ruling in the precise matter presented by the case to say that public school students are not required to say the Pledge on narrow grounds, and asserted that such ideological dogmata are antithetical to the principles of the country, concluding with:

"If there is any fixed star in our constitutional constellation, it is that no official, high or petty, can prescribe what shall be orthodox in politics, nationalism, religion, or other matters of opinion or force citizens to confess by word or act their faith therein. If there are any circumstances which permit an exception, they do not now occur to us."

In 2004, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals held that students are also not required to stand for the Pledge.

But of course there will be a whole chorus of howler monkeys because if there is one thing the "good folks" are best at, that is forging chains for others and demanding government oppression to the max when they think "something ought to be done to make these people do what we have decided is best".

The teacher lost control of her emotions and had an outburst declaring that "anyone who remained seated was disrespectful."

The teacher didn't know if the kid was engaging in protest, pulled a muscle in her back, was a Jehovah's Witness or what... just that it triggered an outpouring of emotion that rendered her ineffective in her job to control the classroom and provide education.

The student then became the educator... and at the end of the full day of instruction she had the maturity to confront the derelict teacher and explain her motivations- and that we live under the Bill of Rights in the United States of America.

The teacher then, again became overwhelmed with emotion and lost her self-control, and told the student to "go back to her country," which the teacher not deny saying.

There are too many fully qualified, hard-working people losing their jobs for no reason other than their "tenure" in a CIV role.

Let the Teacher go to Russia if she wants to continue practicing her trade.

OR... alternatively, simply apply the standard and terminate her employment. Fill the role with a fully qualified person who can control their emotions and behaves appropriately.

Free speech doesn’t mean you have to accept it or stay quiet. The Gov can’t compel speech, but an individual can DAMN SURE tell you your speech is shit and you need to rethink your stance. Should this girl be forced to pledge? No. Was she forced to pledge? No. Did the Teacher use free speech in calling them disrespectful? Yes. Did the student approach the teacher after class and start the confrontation? Yes. Did that teacher IN ANY WAY infringe on the students rights? HELL NO. You are a bit wrong in that.
When someone is acting as an agent for the government under government pay and government authority, then NO they cannot just bully, intimidate, threaten and mock people and claim they can get away with it because it's free speech.

Especially NOT in some setting such as a school where the children are essentially forced to be there and forced to be in certain spaces.

If they are meeting in a public place as equals with neither having any form of authority or control over the other, then sure, free speech covers being a bigoted, hateful, spiteful, jingoistic fool.
