Why the fuck would I go fight for Ukraine? We spend trillions on a military a year and right now we have plenty of people willing to die for their own homeland. It's the best bang for buck the US military has ever seen. We are destroying Russian equipment pennies on the dollar. Look at the high cost of Afghanistan for just one combat kill? It was in the millions at certain points in the war. That didn't really include equipment losses after the start of the war due to most of it already being destroyed. We're taking out equipment worth a quarter billion for under two hundred thousand without risk of a US life. Our military budget exists for the most part to fight a future war with Russian and or China. We're removing the capability of one right now.
