I totally get it. Like you just need to come up for air. It seems counter-intuitive, but you really need some solid ballast in these trying times to keep you grounded; after all, still waters run deep.

I wouldn’t bother the crew at the moment. With them being under so much pressure lately, I’m sure their mind is kind of scattered.
