Wait, wait, wait... the guy who shows up talking about how Vortex is overpriced is touting *Leupold* as his go-to? Aaaaaaahhhhhahahahahahahahaha
If all you want is a 3-9 with a simple duplex reticle, then sure... Leupold has some decent options. However, if you're wanting first focal plane, a Christmas tree reticle of some sort, illumination, tactical-style controls, and, I dunno, actual mechanically accurate tracking, Leupold is one of the most overpriced manufacturers in the market. They've been living off of their reputation for YEARS. As I understand it, they've finally woken up a bit and are going to start offering some competitive product for this segment of the market, but they've got a LOT of catching up to do... which is damned sad, considering that it didn't have to be this way.
