Jury duty...let this sink in!!!

Last year 449,163 Californians received a jury duty summons to which
they declined, using the "I am not a citizen, therefore I cannot sit
on a jury" provision.
The source for jury duty candidates is the VOTER REGISTRATION list.
Think about that for a minute , and then tell me there is NO Voter Fraud!

Local Elections... supposedly... sure. AZ has this same problem... audit shows there was NO local only ballots.. but plenty of people that voted that were not legal federal voters.
