Anybody using a barricade pad/skid plate?

I’ve also seen the accu-shot silo, which seems pretty cool, but again, not a lot of talk about it, at least online. Anybody used one? Thoughts?

    Built the 6.5 guys barricade....

As it would be, I completely forgot to record the correct measurements. The ones I’m referring to are the ones for the support wings. I cut everything and then realized the error, so I modified from there (I did not cut new boards), so they are out of spec (read: rigged). I’ll try to sit down...

Is there a brand of brake or a brake design I want to stay away from?

I got a JEC and really like it. Had to wait like, eight months or something for it, though.....

    Built the 6.5 guys barricade....

Yup, the perpendicular side supports come off and the body folds flat along the piano hinge so it can be thrown in a truck or against the wall of the garage. It’s not as sturdy as 2x4’s (2x2’s), but it’s pretty light.

I attended the March match at Cow Town, but I’ll be out of town this Sat. Unfortunately. I’m definitely planning on attending the May match!

    Built the 6.5 guys barricade....

I took a weekend and built this with my dad. It was a little harder than planned as they post some incorrect measurements on their instructions, but not too bad. I still have to paint it and i’ll Install cabinet magnets to hold the tops of the inserts in. Made some small improvements as well...

    New guy from AZ

Hey all, Not a new shooter, but relatively new to this site and precision shooting. I’m originally from Iowa and moved from B.B. gun, through 3 position smallbore, across the course high power (distinguished with the M14), then on to Palma (Palma 20 waaaaaay back), and then I went to college...

Zeroing at 200 yards and beyond

I’m going to zero at a high power range that has berms from 200 on out to 1000. Are there any disadvantages to not starting at 100 yards. I know I can extrapolate what it would be, but...... that’s why this ones in the stupid forum. Thanks.

Reasonably priced rifle case, shooting mat?

Creedmoor and champion’s choice make some good mats, I believe they are up around $100 or so, but they last forever. You don’t hear about those much around here since high power shooters use them most, but they are good quality. I still have a freeland mat that I’ve had for like..... 25 year’s...

Anybody using a barricade pad/skid plate?

I’ve seen the pigskin barricade pad and the sniper skid plates offered, but not a lot of talk about shooters actually using them. Anyone regularly use those things that would care to comment? Also, of those who do, is anyone using it on a tubular forend like a Cadex or AR style? I know these...

Game Changer or Optimized Game Changer Bag for PRS

I ordered the Trap Bag from Cole-Tac (have not received yet), that seems to be along these lines and is new. Instead of two lobes on the bottom there is one large one to wrap around objects (this might or might not lend itself to being a rear bag as well). Comes in a little cheaper than most of...
