    That's what I was told on another thread that target/sub ammo loses speed after 16-18" I have a 77/22 that I had the barrel shortened to 16.5" and have a CZ 455 with a 24" barrel. I should try that out. Weather here in Kansas isn't very nice right now though.

    If you sight in at 50 then you'll have 7" drop at 100. JBM has ballistics for Eley, which matches other standard velocity.22 pretty closely. You can use that to decide how much hold you want to use. If you sight in at 100 then you'll have to hold low at 50. Best thing to do is save up a little...

    I don't shoot box test anymore because of the results you are seeing. You need to take a look at Killshots scope test and try to duplicate it best you can. By shooting the targets you are introducing human error. Not knocking your shooting ability, just fact. I don't have a setup like KS but...

    For those of you that have built trainers using the Stiller 2500xr action what chassis or stock are you using? I'd like to put one in my AI chassis however there will be a rather large hole from the mag well. Do you have any trouble seating ten round mags or is it just a cosmetic problem? Thanks.

    I bought a used Atacr off of SH and couldn't figure out how to reset the zero stop. Called them and they explained it over the phone. Turns out I was trying to make it much harder than it is. It's an easy zero stop. The SHV is even easier.

    Yeah doesn't make much sense. I bought the 24" vpt off Buds and prefer the longer barrel for the velocity.
