Burris Zee rings a good option?

I would use Hawkin's Precision Long Range Hybrids if you are using a Remington 700 or clone. If using a picatinny rail I would go with Griffin Armament Orion rings. I would avoid Warne scope rings as they are especially heavy.

    Rifle Scopes Leica ER5

I saw those Leica ER5 models on sale for around $600 and was tempted to purchase one. But the reticles are crap and I don't have much use for a SFP scope.

Rifle Scopes New scope for PRS

I would go with the Weaver 6-30x56. Right now its on sale on at natchez for $750 with a $30 MIR, brings it to $720.

Rifle Scopes Weaver 34mm 6-30x56 Tactical Scope

I own both the 6-30x56 and 4-20x50, I would be real disappointed if they discontinued the tactical line.

If you want a large bolt knob quickly......

I looked at the picture on the link. Just my opinion. If you are satisfied then thats ALL that matters. There is no subsitute for an actual bolt knob upgrade, but this one does beat the plastic one for Rem 700 bolts that everyone has.

These snap-on bolt knobs look horrible and screams "I'm a cheap-ass!".

Rifle Scopes $600-$900 budget long range scope

I bought the Weaver 6-30x56 (800390) just recently while it was on sale for $750 at Natchez. I plan to use it for long range shooting. The major disadvantage of it is the weight, comes in at 40oz. I also own the Weaver 4-20x50 (800380) which I paid $800 for a couple years ago. I prefer the 4-20...

Gunsmithing Cutting weight on a rifle

I am at the tail end of a lightweight build right now. Started out with a Remington 700 in .260 Rem. Here is a list of all the places I was able to cut weight. Must people are gonna think these changes are absurd. In addition to having the action blueprinted: -Selected a carbon fiber barrel...

    which bipod?

I own two bipods that I can recommend: -First is the Evolution Bipod (carbon fiber legs) that I use for my centerfire rifles. -Second is the Atlas V8 B10 that I use for my rimfire rifles. -If I had the extra money I would take the Spartan 300 before either one of them.
