I have notice that my Starline Valkyrie brass takes more effort to load than I think it should. I had about 60 rounds prepped from my last shooting trip . I was surprised on measuring the necks that the cartridge has that much spring back. I was getting .218 after sizing. Too much tension. Last year I built a brass annealer and set it up to lightly anneal the necks. Still had a lot of tension, so I ran those cases through the sizer die only letting the expander go through the neck. Much better I'm getting about .222 to .223 now and a lot less seating pressure to seat the bullet.
