I used to shoot 50 cal. til the shoulders gave out, but never like this. Look at the barrel on that thing.

Lee Rasmussen set a new .50 BMG Single Target World Record at the FCSA 2009 World Championships held at the NRA Whittington Center in Raton, NM 4th of July 2009 by shooting a 1.955" 5-shot group in the Heavy Gun Class 1000yd record competition and by doing so breaks the late Skip Talbot’s 2.600" long standing single-group record set in 1999 by over 1/2". Lee’s group works out to .1868 MOA.

I took my Barrett Armourers course at the Whittington center...shot the M82 out to 1000. Beautiful place to visit. 64000 acres of wilderness to prowl on and one of the finest shooting facilities in the world.Can you imagine scoring a job there?

I am moving out that way This summer my soon to be wife just took a job in Trinidad, Co. I know they have had a few positions available over the past few months.

IIRC that was his heavy gun, which by rules has to weigh less than 50 lbs. His unlimited gun weighs over 100 lbs.
