The Raven balloon currently over Anniston is absolutely one of ours, just useful for practice at observing balloons at similar altitudes as the Chicom one over Montana. Apologies for confusion.
Btw, we have a bunch of them flying over Europe, and probably a few key US eastern cities. Permanent loitering capabilities are a big part of persistent surveillance / Gorgon State projects. I think we had them over Baltimore during unrest a few years back. Also one got away and landed in some farmer's field in eastern PA.
In any case, .mil aircraft have cleared out of the area of the CCP balloon (at least turned off transponders) and Offutt has sent up a TC-135 to have a long range look-see:

The Aircore balloons are Colorado / Boulder / NASA / Climate balloons, which fly up, sample "greenhouse gases, then float back down where Garmin dog trackers help recover then. Seriously!

Actually had it on their radar before it even made it CONUS. They had it tracked over the Pacific ocean. Could have eaasily shot it down there with virtually zero human risk (except harder recovery). Obviously, a statement is being made by NOT shooting it down. PeedoPeter and our Military are owned.

My theory on this bin of shit is that the balloon is floating around up there putting out various virises that were custom built in China just for the people in the USA. I think that since the Covid Bat Flu Plandemic didn't didn't bring the desired results but did give the Bad Guys a trial run and they now have some better ideas as how to do things a big conglomeration to include but not limited to Soros, WTO, Biden Family Inc., HunterB Art Inc, Fuckci Inc. DNC, GoreGreen Inc, Clinton Foundation, Pfiser, Moderna et al-- will come to our rescue and under Executive Order by our Beloved President we will all either have to purchase new either end masks produced and warehoused for just such an occasion by the above said conglomeration or they will be distributed to The Free Shit Army at no cost, all others will be charged $20 per set.
These masks will be a universal 1 size fits all system and come in a set of 2 pieces with the top unit consisting of a filter bag that goes over the users mouth to catch the puke but leave the nose area open so the user can breath in the fresh air and virus and a lower unit that is also bag shaped but covers you ass to catch the explosive diarrhea.
Under above said Executive Order every man, woman, child, tranny, and those who just don't know what the fuck they are, WOKE or not, will be required to wear both the face diaper and the ass diaper this time around with no exceptions, other than an elite few, and those not compying with this Executive Order wil be shot on sight in order to protect the rest of the population.
