(CLOSED) **ROUND3 !!** (100YARD+) , Bolt-Action, 6group, 30round SHOOTOUT!

I believe it has to do with the efficiency of the case design. High efficiency leaves very little wiggle room for all them variables that affect the accuracy.

I believe that every bit of case design itself affects efficiency and therefore accuracy - base to length ratio, shoulder angle, neck length, volume to caliber ratio, etc etc.
People get tied up in volume - but just like with automotive combustion design, angles and ratios what really matters.

Don't get me wrong, every dog has it's day - a freaking 270 can post "a" group, but once you take a meaningful sample - the truth is very easy to see (and that's why I love this challenge, and I wished more people posted ALL results bad or good.)

Brand new rifle; just got it today. This was the first 35 rounds fired through it for load development. All groups are different powder charges. Single round was bore sight shot to get it on paper. Center group was fine tuning zero.

Groups got better as I got more comfortable with the rifle. This thing is a shooter for sure, but takes a little getting used to compared to a traditional rifle. The monopod is a factory installed option and works great. With a little getting used to, I believe this rifle will outshoot my TRG-22 and that's saying something.

edt: lol, just saw the round was over yesterday. doh.

Replacement submission. Testing charge weights on a new lot of powder and ended up with a not so bad grouping so figured I'd throw it into the pile. 6 groups and 4 different charge weights.
