You know you are good when you attempt to clean a deer in jeans and a dress shirt.</div></div>

I was thinking the same thing. Hang on honey, before we go out to dinner I need to help Bob clean his deer, I'll be in the car in 2 1/2 minutes.

I think one of the things that helps both of these guys (besides having done this 900 times) is that it looks like they're using some of the sharpest cutting tools I've ever seen. I always fight my blades after cutting for a few minutes - having several with a really sharp edge ready to go might help.

I keep a whetstone handy when I'm trimming the meat in the kitchen and use a SOG Sealpup. Deer meat (the silverskin and the muscle itself) dull these things like all get out! Has anyone else had this experience?

I ain't never seen a "white" samurai until now, holy crap. That guy is moving. That deer must have been really fresh, I know you can't do that with a mule deer up here during deer season.....tooo dang cold.

Impressive.

Ha! I was wondering what was missing from that second video. Beer!
